This is a good little yoga set for the price. The blocks are good and sturdy ( not too soft and ‘spongy’), the strap is like one you would find in most gyms and the ball and mat are good quality. The mat is a thin yoga mat, but is really good and non-slip ( I get sweaty palms, so this was my biggest worry). My only downside is that personally the ball is a bit small for me, but that’s not too much of an issue and it may be the perfect size for others. Overall a good kit if you’re a beginner.

Very impressed with the quality of everything in the set. Everything I needed to do my stretches at home. Highly recommend it.

The ball is fab. The blocks are a bit thick for some poses but come in use for certain stretches. The mat is thin and sticks to your feet. Bit to cheap. Overhaul it has been useful.
