Great product for nose clearing. So easy to use and is excellent value. Doesn’t hurt at all to use and is helping relieve nose pain.

This set is definately great value. They are double size sachets so you can use half or a bit more which I do . I have found these work straight away. I really suffer with the worst painful sinuses, so bad that the pressure in my face every morning and eyes gives me awful headaches ,they make my eyes puffy which really gets me down so when my dad said about my symptoms and what to do I tried different bottles with different sachets . I use two bottles and when I used these sachets I noticed they work straight away . They open easy but you have to guess the measurement so if the water is too hot and you have used alot of a sachet it can have the opposite affect a end up burning and an uncomfortable day! They tear open easy and the taste is what you would expect if it does get down your throat. Im glad I found these then Im not having to spend loads of money keep buying other sachets. These will keep me going alot longer

I was going to leave negative feedback for this product due to the uncomfortableness of it, as others have stated, but I then checked the picture and it does state the bottle sizes. I use these with the Neil med original bottle, not the bigger size, and I noticed another review stated this is double the amount. I used .5 of the sachet in the small bottle and what do you know, it does not sting. Good product at a much cheaper price and technically you get double to amount, so even cheaper.

I have been using a different brand for a long time. Thought that I would try a new product. I have been using this for a while now and find it as good if not better than my previous one and it's half the price. Make sure you read directions for use carefully before using!!

Fraction of the price of the leading brand. More sachets and only have to use half a sachet for 250ml. The formula seems just the same as my previous rinse with no burning or discomfort. I will be buying these from now on, highly recommended.

They are double the strength I had before and the amount you get of the sachets for the price is fantastic. Delivery was quick as well. Definitely buy again
