I bought this for my 3-year old grandson, it was a hit! Looks exactly as pictured. Made of a durable plastic, edges are smooth, nothing that would cause a cut or scratch. The back has 2 wide pieces of black elastic where an arm goes through to hold it in front of you, just like a shield! lol. I would recommend.
