I have a huge kitchen at on point I had a freezer & two refrigerators in my kitchen 7 still had a big open space. The livingroom is right off of the kitchen so the greese get on the carpet & I thought I was cleaning my floor until i bought this. Used it last night the floor is cleaner than it has ever been. Upon walking on it when it dried our feet glide on the floor it is squakey clean. Im disabled&7 it has made moping so easy now. I have white kitchen floors that my dogs always cross thru from the outside and they get dirty quickly. I will never ever mop again! This steamer cleans my floors to Snow White and it is so easy to use. You have to you the special ionized water and the steamer heats up quickly and I use slow motions and picks up. It comes with 2 pads. So worth it!!!

Works great but had to call Amazon because we could clearly notice we bought,,at new price, a used returned product which Amazon refunded.this shouldn't be allowed! If it's previously used company should state that!

Was not impressed with the packaging or size, yet after using to do my 2600 sq ft house, was impressed. 👍I have a robot vacuum, so the floors stay dirt free, but dust does accumulate. So this steamer was exactly what I needed. Had to fill the water capsule 5 times, as it is small, but thats not a big deal to me.

I'm not usually one to get this excited about cleaning, but seriously, this steam mop has been a game-changer.Putting it together was so easy and when I finally got to try it out- Wow. We moved into a new apartment that has laminate floors in every room. I’m too old to get down and clean all these floors! I can do all of the rooms in about 20 minutes. I love it

The steam quality on here works surprisingly, well for the cost of the steamer. Very few attachments but very few needed. It works just as the description states. If you're looking for a steamer without spending the extra cost of buying high made product because of the name, this is well worth to buy.

Amazing! Love the way this leaves my hardwood floors. Not a fan of the carpet attachment and the pads slides every now and then. But still worth 5 stars. I think it was a good buy.
