Great DIY Water Measurement Sensor

It's amazing they have this stuff for a raspberry. Code was online
Only thing I noticed is that the wheel in the device gets some momentum from the flow from a small stream that lasts a few seconds, but when the flow slows, the inertia of the wheel still is turning more than the flow. It did the job though with a raspberry. I think I might try a flow meter with a more expensive fan drive that turns in a direction 90 degrees to the flow instead of like this thing for better accuracy.
