From the moment I received these I could tell they were a quality product. From the construction of the unit, the materials used, the weight - everything said quality. Installation was a breeze. They were simple to charge and get set up on my wifi network. The furthest camera is about 35 feet from the base station with quite a few walls obstructing it. I was worried about not getting a good signal but it works just fine. The video quality is great and the detection zones are easy to set up. Pro tip- I thought at first I could only do a rectangle which would be less than ideal if you want to avoid a specific area, but then realized I can layer multiple zones on top of each other. After using them for a while, I noticed that one seemed to be losing its battery life fairly quickly while the other one stayed at nearly 100% for quite some time. I contacted their customer service and they walked me through the nuances of the settings, which might affect battery life, and I made some changes. However, even after the changes, the battery continued to deplete more rapidly on the one camera. I reached back out to Customer Service and without hesitation they offered to send me a replacement unit which came in three days. They were great to deal with, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a Wireless camera solution.

Very happy with the installation and set up. The connection to the base is quick and easy. Great quality video and audio. Night vision also works very well. Had a charging issue little over 1 year old and they replaced it at no charge. Great support service! I have 2 outdoor wireless solar cameras, 1 indoor wireless and 1 doorbell camera. All work seamlessly with the base station. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased the WUUK 2K Security Camera Wireless Outdoor System back in March 2023, and after using it for almost three years, I can confidently say it has exceeded my expectations. Performance: The cameras have been consistently reliable, delivering clear 2K footage and stable connectivity. Even after long-term use, they still perform like new. Battery Life: One of the biggest highlights is the battery life. I only need to recharge the cameras every 4–6 months, depending on the season. Even during heavy usage or harsher weather periods, the battery life remains impressive. Cold Weather Durability: Living in Calgary, where winters can get extremely cold, I was initially unsure how the system would hold up outdoors. To my surprise, the cameras have handled the freezing temperatures exceptionally well, with no issues in performance or reliability throughout the harsh winters. Customer Support: WUUK’s online support has also been excellent. Whenever I’ve had a question or needed help, the support team has been responsive, helpful, and genuinely impressive. Overall: After nearly three years, I have zero complaints. This system has been dependable, durable, and easy to maintain. We have been using this system for at least a few month now. It was easy to charge the cameras and set up for install. A couple times the cameras have deleted themselves off the app; super easy to just bring it back to base and add it back on. I contacted customer service only a couple times and they've been so prompt and understanding, Being persistent in finding a solution for me. The vision on the cams are really great, including the night vision. We had an some extremely cold winter winter so far this year and during one of our very cold weeks (-30 to -45 with wind chill), one of our cameras visuals got messed up (Im assuming From the cold and condensation and there may have been a manufacturer issue with not a tight seal somewhere). We did get in touch with Wuuk, and they promptly shipped us out a camera to replace it. I work with a lot of families and always recommend these cameras and this company. The ease of accessibility, the quality of the cameras, and not having to have an expensive subscription are superb!!! A++

I'm very pleased with the Wuuk Cam Pro kit. The set-up through the App was simple and quick. The quality of images is very good and the added feature of two-way voice is great. Being able to check things remotely is great. I'm still learning features but after about a week installed I'm very pleased. We did have a product issue with the initial shipment. One of the two cameras wouldn't charge at all. The customer support team was very responsive, helpful, and prompt. After a lot of attempts, they determined one camera was defective. They happily and quickly sent a replacement which worked great. Customer support (Dincy) was excellent.
