I wouldn’t recommend that. I don’t think it would work on a stove burner, and I also don’t think it’s big enough.

Yes, the stoneware can be baked in temperatures up to 500F.

Can you cook on a low to medium setting on a stove tp burner?

No, the stoneware can not be used on direct heat. It will crack.
