what are the ingredients in this vanilla?

Bottle says ingredients: pure vanilla. I really enjoy the vanilla from Mexico, such a wonderful flavor compared to the local stores.

Is this vanilla similar in taste to traditional American Vanilla just better quality or does it taste a little like cinnamon?

It doesn't taste like cinnamon, it's more of a floral-y vanilla. We love this stuff. We normally buy Penzeys for all of our spices, but this brand of mexican vanilla is the most amazing stuff.
