GREAT Quality/it works!
I do like this sleeve for the ease of 'icing' and injury - super easy to use; convenient resealable wrapper to store in freezer. Cold lasts a long time - haven't used for heat therapy as we don't have a microwave. Well designed and construction. My only caution would be to really double check SIZE chart - i should have ordered a small/medium - but I really needed it for an injury right now! So im using the Large size and then needing to wrap a towel around to hold in place. I may just exchange for correct size because I know I will use this over and over! It can be used on several limbs/joints because it has 'stretch' - so this is a great feature. Again - Good Quality Construction is a real plus. And mostly; it actually does what its supposed to do - for a long while (heat/cold therapy) simplify treatment

Very nice.
My son and I both really like this. He does some baseball pitching and puts this on his elbow and bicep after a game. I have a bit of nagging tennis elbow and use this regularly. This should fit most arms. And it allows you to do other things while wearing it.It is very cold to start but my body gets used to it. It only stays cold for 20-ish minutes, but that is sufficient in most cases. On a related note, we also have a larger one that I use for my knee, which I also recommend.

Highly recommend!
I have golfers elbow and this sleeve has been a gamechanger. Not only does it feel like a dream when wearing it, it automatically remolds to its original shape after wearing it. I get a good 15 min of cold relief but often keep it on longer.

Size up!!
The item itself is great, I am super impressed with it, after two ACL reconstruction surgeries and now another torn ACL on the other knee I've tried many different cooling and heating sleeve options for your knee. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars, is because I ordered an extra large thinking maybe my husband could also use this for his ankle or maybe his wrist. I am 5'2 and 160 lb, and I could not pull the XL all the way up over my knee. So, buy a bigger size than you think you need!!

Definitely happy I purchased these
I have used them both cold and warm and definitely would recommend to anybody having arm or elbow issues. I purchased after having carpal and ulnar tunnel surgeries to help relieve the surgery sites. My husband also uses them when he comes home from work. He is a full-time barber and is starting to experience the same issues and it definitely helps relieve them.

Husband loves it
I got this because my husband has elbow tendinitis and was using ice packs on it. I wanted him to have something better. I ordered this and an adjustable one, because I wasn't sure what would be best. He loves this one! He says it's significantly more comfortable than the adjustable one AND it fits better! I like that it's all one piece and not something where you have to stick a pack into the sleeve. Makes it all so simple!I definitely recommend trying this product!

BUY THIS!!
I have Ehlers-danlos syndrome, and one of the issues is I'm always!! Dislocating or having a sprained joint. Pulled muscles. Multiple Multiple surgeries. I have every brace and I've pack you can think of. However this little guy right here is the best. Freeze it in the bag or comes in. And you'll have the most comfortable ice sleeve that last hours. Heated is like the best warm hug on your joints. No clumping up, I can still sleep like a baby it's that comfortable. Just buy it. Hell buy 2.

Not heat long enough
Great item I use it for heat most. But it doesn’t stay warm enough. Only 5 or 7 minutes. I have to go back to the microwave
