The quality of this portfolio is great! Plus, it’s REAL LEATHER, as in from animal hide! Not that fake “vegan leather or PU leather” that so many others are made from. The snap inside is secure, as well as the snap on the outside. It holds a standard legal pad perfectly, plus any important documents on the other side with a snap to hold the papers in should you carry it upside down. Really pleased with this purchase.Other reviews mentioned how oily it was, but it came with a piece of cardboard inside the portfolio that you take out when you open it up. Light staining at best on the cardboard. Also, someone mentioned it not being very rigid. I didn’t see that as an issue with mine, especially after inserting a legal pad. Very happy with the purchase!!

I bought this for my son to use and he loved it! The quality is good and the Buffalo Leather smell is awesome. It's a perfect size to fit in the laptop bag that we bought to go with it. It's made with good material and all in all a good value for the money. The weight is good! He uses it every day so it is it serves it's purpose!

Grabbed this for work, threw in a legal pad and was off and running. It feels well made and has held up being thrown in and out of my backpack for a couple months and shows no wear.

Beautiful leather portfolio with a snaping clasp to keep closed. Plenty of room inside to keep a regular sized pad as well as a sleeve for loose papers and has a zippered pocket. Also has a strap to hold a pen. Very good quality.

What do I say” In a nutshell, it is nice, but I just didn’t love it !”I must admit leather to my tastes, should be soft and luxurious. This is designed with a very rugged feel which suits many people, but not me. It is a personal preference. The leather color is going to vary because of the type of leather used. The one I received was more mottled.The construction seems good, but as with anything, the test of time will tell you if it holds up. At this point it should. The measurement of 10 x 13 were accurate, there is on the right size opened a slot where you can add a tablet, and on the other side several compartments. It is functional, and it you like this type of leather, no doubt you will like it.
