Take it or leave it
This trackball mouse is pretty unique but its design leaves something to be desired. The size and shape make this a horribly uncomfortable product to use for anyone with medium sized hands or up (won't be appropriate for most men). To left click, the pointer finger is used on a trigger, however, the thumb needs to be extended over the top of the mouse which is a bit higher up than comfortable for where your pointer needs to be. On top of that, you cannot scroll or right click while moving the cursor because the thumb is needed to right click or scroll. If youre using this for short bursts or just need time away from a standard mouse, this will give you the short term relief you need. I would not recommend this for long term use as it will absolutely cause more ergonomic issues in the long run.

A little small for those with L or XL hands
EDIT= Knocked it down a star because this mouse already died. The trackball started to fail and nothing I was doing was getting it working. It was nice while it lasted but if my experience is anything to go by then don't expect that to be for a long while.Oh also it seems to be nearly impossible to clean the trackball itself without disassembling the mouse. The old trackball mice allowed you to twist a plastic ring around the ball for easy removal to clean it out but this one doesn't really allow that even though it looks like it should. If you've got M to S size hands this thing will be a perfect fit for you. If you're like me and have larger hands it can still work but holding it and using the buttons requires some constant shifting around to be effective. Its not bad but ideal either.Bought this to use it for when I want to read or watch a movie on my PC so I can lean back without having to reach the keyboard or mouse. Perfectly fine for that sort of thing. The ball moves like one of the older trackball style mechanical mouse and not the laser style version. So you can feel the mechanical tracking of the ball when you move it around. Not a bad thing to me but if you want perfect smoothness of operation it might bug you.Installed just fine on a win10 machine. I leave it plugged in on the same PC with another mouse without issue.I love that its wired. I hate having to constantly charge everything! If you wanted to use this for presentations and such it might limit you though. The wire is maybe about 6ft long or so. Perhaps a bit longer.

You get what you pay for
There are not allot of options for "air mice" of this type. I have to use an air mouse for ergonomic reasons. And the choices are very limited. I have used this mouse brand/type for about two years. I have had to replace it twice. This is not a quality device it is a cheap piece of crap. The issues I had where: main click button failed, the plastic "spring" broke and it no longer clicked, the replacement mouse stopped responding (dead) after a few months. I have since discovered a higher quality (higher priced) mouse, that I will be using instead. I will use this mouse for travel only. This mouse could be okay for occasional use; It is not built for all day every day use.

Exactly What I Was Looking For!
This air mouse/track ball was perfect for what I was looking for to control my PC while lying down in bed. This gun trigger, track ball, scroll wheel design even worked better than a 3D mouse. I'm a happy camper :-)

Good.. with one flaw
So I love the idea of this, and it's a lot better than a traditional mouse. But the right click is awkward. I use the trigger left click a lot. But to right click.., it's annoying.I'm still happy with this purchase though.

Works great
Love it!! Only problem I have had is everyone in awhile my computer isn't reading it. If I switch to a different mouse for a little while it is fine.

After 5 Months...
Sept 2019I type and use the mouse a lot, both for work and school. That's really hard on my hands, especially with my tendonitis. I had reservations about this mouse since some reviewers said that the trackball was too loose and imprecise. It may vary from mouse to mouse, but mine works perfectly and I would buy it again in a heartbeat. It takes a lot of stress out of having to use a mouse 12 hours a day.***Update Feb 2020I really loved this mouse and it really did make a difference. However, beware that the manufacturer only offers a 3 month warranty. After 5 months of semi-daily use, the trackball stopped working.

Nice product. Is definitely beneficial for anyone with joint issues
Just received it. Nice product. Time will tell. The action on the ball is a bit light. Would prefer something a bit more resistance. What size is it and can I replace it?
