Good Product but +ve and -ve were connected wrong

Good quality product. On DCDB +ve wire was conected to the port where - was labled and -ve to + lable. Had a big spark after I connected the Panel & Inverter. Took 30min for me to understand what went wrong. Finally realised wiring inside DCDB was incorrect. Compay should make sure this is correct to prevent a mishap.

I have Purchased 2Nos ACDB for small solar on grid plant.ACDB design is good, Proper rating MCB, SPD and cable entry is given.I have also purchased Kenbrook DCDB for this solar installation. In both ACDB & DCDB Cable gland entry is proper, I directly connected MC4 connector in DCDB, And it is very easily connect and disconnect the PV module.Both AC & DC DBs product is worth to buy...
