Best drugstore waterproof eyeliner on the market!
I have used this eyeliner religiously for the past 2 years. I have very watery eyes which is why I opted to use this waterproof eyeliner; I have tried many different brands in the past and always had the issue of it beginning to smudge or run throughout the day. With this product, it looks exactly the same by night time as it did when I applied it that morning. The only issue I have with this product is that the tip gets dry very quickly. I am able to extend the use by dampening the tip very slightly with water each time I use it - my current eyeliner pen has lasted me over a month now with almost daily use!

Looks like yesterdays makeup
This eyeliner always looks faint and a bit worn off, it isn't a solid bold black, it is a wishy-washy worn out grey.the description says: Ultra-black lines that last up to 24 hours / Resists fading and smudging. I completely disagree, it looks like yesterdays makeup you forgot to wash off.

Pigment is very light, rather dry
It is rather dry, deep black colour doesn’t build up properly. It’s very light, but long lasting. The label doesn’t peel off properly so there’s a sticky cap for you.
