I’ve been taking them for about 5 weeks now, 2 capsules per day is all you need, and I’ve noticed a big difference in my libido (without going into too much detail! ;P). Also I think depending on your bodys metabolism, it will start working over time, so don’t expect magic after the first dose, and stay consistent with it.I highly recommend taking this daily, and 1 pack will give you 60 capsules which is one months supply (since you need to take 2 caps daily) - i've certainly seen results (and my husband cant complain!)

Ashwagandha is used as a sedative. It has no libido enhancing qualities. B vitamins 'give you a lift' and at a fraction of the price. Nowhere does it even list the quantities of active ingredients.Definitely will not buy again and make sure people I know avoid

My wife has tried so many products and supplements. This is by far the most effective. It took around 3 weeks to really work but there’s no looking back now!

I brought these as they were recommended by someone. I have been taking them for just over 3 months now, there has been no improvement with my libido, this might not be all to do with the effectiveness of these aids as they have worked for a lot of people who have recommended them to me! However no good for me.

Honestly didn’t notice much difference when using this. Also important to note that none of the ingredients conflict with your contraceptive.
