I got this extra battery pack to use with my Ring video doorbells and Spotlight camera plus. They are very easy to charge and recharge relatively quickly. They fit perfectly in my doorbells and spotlight camera. They are easy to put and remove from both devices. They are durable, well designed and well made. Because I have two doorbells and one camera, I purchased 4 extra batteries so I always have 4 fully charged and ready to replace any dead batteries with. This prevents me from having any camera downtime while recharging batteries. Consequently, these batteries are very convenient and increase the functionality and utility of my Ring devices. They are relatively inexpensive and well worth the money.

I bought this so I would have two batteries for my Ring doorbell, and it works perfectly. Now one is always charged, so I can quickly change it out when needed without my doorbell losing power.The battery charges fast, holds power for a long time, and the quick release design makes swapping super easy. It fits securely and clicks into place with no issues. For the convenience and peace of mind, this is excellent value and a must-have for Ring users.

Ring batteries are reliable, consistent in output that when charged to capacity can power a Ring camera for many months without the need to recharge them. If you live in an area where the temperature can drop down to zero degrees Fahrenheit or lower, the batteries output is compromised and will need to be recharged sooner than in warmer months.Each individual battery comes with an Orange charging cable that uses an older style connector, Type A to Micro B ends setup. When using that cable two lights, red and green., light up when the battery is charging, When charging is complete only the Green light remains lit. (see photo.) That works well enough, however since a battery powered Ring camera uses two batteries, I use the two battery compartment charger (purchased separately) that effectively charges both at the same time. When the batter is charging a series of four lights flash in sequence as the charge increases, and all four stay lit when fully charged (see photo).The battery is easy to install, or remove from the camera using a spring loaded tab.

This was to add a back-up battery for our ring doorbell. It works fine. I wish the batteries re-charged more quickly so this 2nd battery wasn’t necessary

I bought this replacement battery for my Ring Doorbell and I’m really impressed. The charge lasts a long time (similar to the original) and installation was super easy, no special tools needed.I love having an extra battery because I never have to worry about my Ring not working. When one runs out, I just swap it and charge the other. The price is also very reasonable compared to the original.In short: it does exactly what it promises, keeps the performance, and gives peace of mind knowing the Ring is always active. Highly recommended for anyone who doesn’t want interruptions in their home security.
