I'm a Korean. I bought canon printer 1month ago. It belongs genuine toner. but It was very short. So I worried it's short time. I thought buying toner in Japan will be cheap. It was best choice. Thanks to seller.

Toner non functional as printer recognizes as non-genuine. Purchased in Jan 2024 when my canon LBP122 showed low toner. installed over 30 days later so no return option available. Not going to run out of toner then buy a cartridge.instructions are as follows "Note - - If your printer appears “Canon Genuine Mode”, please close this mode as follow step: Menue > Management Settings > Device Management > Canon Genuine Mode > Off. You install the replacement toner after you closed Canon Genuine mode, your printer may be appears a reminder“non Canon Cartridge is possibly inserted”, only press“OK”key, the toner could work. Followed instructions but doesn't work with my canon printer bought Nov 2023. If you look carefully, the last words in the instructions say "toner could work" Should have paid more attention to the fine print, 5 star for fit, cartridge goes in perfectly, but doesn't work. Zero star for print quality and value.
