Thanks for your question. Dilution rates vary from recipe to recipe and cheese maker to cheese maker. It also depends on how much calcium your milk starts with versus how much you want to add. Typical recommendations are 1/8 to 1/4 of a teaspoon per gallon of milk you are using. Dilute the calcium chloride in 1/4 cup of water per gallon of milk. The water does not necessarily need to be distilled, but chlorine-free is recommended.

Good quality

I bought this as a calcium supplement for my tomato plants. It dissolves easily in water, my plants did very well,no blossom end rot.You can also use this in canning, to keep whatever you're canning from becoming mush.
