Product did not mold comfortably to mouth. Better options on the market.This product did not work for me but the seller refunded my purchase so I will say they have great customer service.

The material is not shaped right from the beginning, making me think this company understands nothing about dental appliances. Completing the mold was challenging. The sides are too high allowing them to fold even with the paper towel in place. Once the mold set, I wasn’t able to get it tight enough (even with sucking recommended in the instructions), and this caused not only movement in my mouth, but also excessive amounts of saliva, which then spilled from my mouth.I tried trimming the device, but it’s so hard to trim because of the shape. Overall, very uncomfortable.I had a hard acrylic custom dental guard for 18 years, and have been trying to find a replacement without the expense. I’ve used a couple of soft guards the last year, and they’ve been better than this product, though the one I’m stuck with for now has loosened and has started causing headaches again.In my attempt to return this product, I discovered they want you to troubleshoot before receiving any refund or being able to return. I spent 30 minutes troubleshooting, and with all due respect, the cost of the item is not worth my time to continue troubleshooting or call the company, so I decided to write a review and walk away.I have to question the quality of the company in general, given my experience, but the quality of the product is certainly less than adequate and not worth the money. My recommendation is to go custom. I ordered an Encore guard, which has great reviews but takes longer and, of course, costs more. We will see how that turns out. If that doesn’t work, I may need to bite the bullet and have the dentist do it. I recommend the same for y’all.

Excellent product

The price was right so I bought it. Hard to mold not as flexible as I thought it would be. Got very frustrated and am not using it. Maybe others have much better luck.

It’s great

This seemed easy to do. The top came out less than perfect (usable but hurts upper cheek). The bottom folded over itself and is useless. I tried to no avail to receive assistance for replacement. Unsuccessful. Ended up paying $250. for initialized molding by dentist.

I like how it molded to my teeth. It was much better than when I bought it CVS and it. The size of it is good too.
