We love this salt , we even give it to our toddlers before every cup of water and it helps their bowel movements !!!!We always take some under or on the tongue before every glass of water .Keeps my head aches away , helps your body absorb needed water and electrolytes instead of the water just flooding your kidneys and flushing you out .We like how it's grinded up breaks down easily.It's clean and moist taste so fresh like we went and got it from the ocean!!Easy to use just put it under your tongue or on it let it dissolve and then drink your water .Comes packaged well

My specialty is buttered baked pecans. I knew this salt was very healthy. But flavor is a whole different world. My only gruff is i should have gotten fine. The flake breaks down good but it needs more liquid to incorporate it. Did I say amazing flavor?

This salt is more expensive than regular table salt, but is so much better for you. It contains trace minerals that we are no longer getting in our food. I find that it tastes very salty and thus I don't need to use as much of it in and on my food. It's very slightly oily-like but that is its natural form. I will continue to buy this salt from now on.

Anyway, Baja gold salt is packed with minerals and has great taste with food and electrolyte drinks you can make on your own. You don't need Gary Brecka to tell you this is good salt. It just is.

We have recently learned how healthy actual mineral salt is for you. While many other salts are stripped of important minerals during processing, this brand is not. We have begun using it regularly and noticed a difference immediately. While the fine version seems a little damp, it is not, it is simply due to less processing so at times a bit harder to sprinkle . It also seems a bit stronger than regular salt so start slowly and add as needed. We love this product.

It may sound like all salt tastes the same, but not true. This salt tastes great, has a nice texture, and is not stuck together as some other brands are from excess moisture content in the bag, its nice and dry.
