That should not be a Problem, question is however how often because allthough the Mmaterial is Neopren the lastibility in water is not entirely eternal.

Hi If 45.5cm is at the upper end of a size range, choose the next size up, so you have more strap to cross over. If it falls in the middle of a range, that size will be fine. Make sure to measure at the site advised, as there are pretty accurate. Hope that helps.

Hi, it shouldn’t be that tight, I’d ask for different size if that’s a problem. Mine worked well for skiing - back when you could.
