Once the sale is made, this vendor would like you to go away.
Product is exactly what I ordered and works as advertised however, it took 21 days for this vendor to get the item delivered and that is unacceptable. When I contacted the vendor for a resolution, they were only willing to provide a tracking number and assure me that the item would be delivered "some day". Very unprofessional and surely will cause me to never use this vendor again. Too many options out there to put up with the nonsense and lack of concern these folks have shown.
