No other scraper compares.
No other scraper compares. Blade lasts forever. Then turn it over for another forever. So sharp it is easy to get shavings. The other scraper shapes are equally superb. The triangle and teardrop shapes come in handy when they are part of your toolkit.I give them away to worthy craftspeople.

Very handy tool. I'm using it both to scrape off paint, and to bullnose trim. Working great!

No Competition
I'm a pro painter, and have been using carbide scrapers for several years on crusty old Vermont houses. I've tried every brand of replacement blade there is, including Sandvik (second to these) and Hyde (gar-bage), and a few other name of the month blades. The Bahco blades are far and away the best, outlasting the others several times over. There are many carbide formulations, some are much more brittle, some more resilient and finer grained...........I just scraped part of a 210 year old house, with most of the ORIGINAL paint still adhered, it was like epoxy, I kid you not. I frequently hit nails, always the case in old houses, and at the end of 4 hours of very rigorous scraping, the blade was no worse for wear. Incredible. I can do a whole house with just one of these blades, totally worth it. Oh, and you can lap them on diamond stones, if you're crafty. One other thing, these have a very slight curve in the edge, which helps tremendously, especially when there is some cup to the clapboards.

Stays sharp
I used this for scraping decades of old paint. Lead paint really dulls HSS scrapers. Boy is this a time saving product.

Perfect tool
This tool is perfect for removing stain or paint from wood. We used this tool on my red oak stair case, rails, and floors. The blade last for an extremely long time, blade can be switched over and sharpened. Very pleased!!

Good price for high quality long lasting blades
Good price for what you get; very sharp high quality tungsten carbide blades. These stay take alot of scraping before needing resharpening (I use a diamond dust knife sharpener).
