should be more money with how good it is i recommend this

I have not had my opportunity to use this as of yet but the quality is pretty good in my opinion. When I do use it I absolutely will update my review and answer the questions that linger in my head about functionality. I am in no profession where this is required for use so there is no telling when that will happen. I purchased for personal protection.

This is “the Real Deal” in effective non-lethal protection! Don’t waste your hard earned dollars in projectile launchers! This has stealthy AND effective stopping power, easily concealed and is reasonably priced. Well made and refills readily available. You will NOT be disappointed! And btw, I’m a retired LEO and purchased for my wife and two children.

I unfortunately had to use this device one evening when I was assaulted (not SA). It definitely intimidated the individual, does require some aiming. I think you have to hold the button down for it to continually taze after shooting, unfortunately I didn't know this and well that is that. To describe in more detail with only what I'm comfortable explaining, I'm 5'6" female 118lb and the attacker was a 6' male and maybe 300lb this product unfortunately did not stop the individual or seem to do much at all other than intimidate them for a moment. It only has one 'shot' before having to reload for long range, and works like a regular tazer in close contact situations but you have to remove the end piece in order for it to do that. Offers a lot of peace of mind (made me feel safer which helped me make calmer and better decisions in my case), but requires practice or training so that you will be prepared in real situations or you'll be out of luck. Not really practical to only supply 3 cartridges because it doesn't allow for practicing using the product if you've never used one before, I suggest buying an extra 3 pack for that. Sorry to anyone who ever has to use this as protection or in a similar situation as me, you don't deserve what happened to you but you do deserve justice. Thank you for reading my review, take care.

Versatile,easy to use.Get two.

I was very excited to order this and on arrival I charged it as it says to do so. However the charger cable is so loose that it won’t charge. After playing around got it to stay in the lower outlet just to realize the power wasn’t going through or the red charging indicator is broken. It didn’t light up indicating it’s charging or nit. After over night charging I started to carry it. In day two or three as I was entering my vehicle I heard a bang and tons of smoke coming from inside my car. It was the taser gun that had discharged all on its own. It was very scary I was relived to see it had barely missed me. The car was filled with smoke and like gunpowder smell. Very dangerous if they are all like this , but it has not happened again yet. Also the battery indicator does not work , I have a feeling it’s getting no power that’s why because of the charger cables being so loose and cheaply made. Pay attention to your new toy , it’s not a weapons grade quality it can discharge anytime or not discharge when u need it the most because the charger isn’t working !!! That’s an ugly situation and I don’t want to be in it so I’m returning mine.

Nice equipment have not used it

I want this to work, of course. Manufacture needs to offer a clear video made by the manufacturer that clearly shows it in action. To tase someone is one thing. But, to shoot the double pins, I can’t visualize how that works with the insertable piece. It would be nice, in fact crucial, to see the whole process, start to finish, on a professionally-made video,.Also, as my photo indicates, reading the letters is virtually impossible without taking a screenshot and enlarging it. So if something happens, and you’re under stress, just hope you hit the right position on the switch.Later: returning it for two reasons. The first one is that the red light indicator never changes colors or goes out to show if it has full charge. Heaven help you if you need it and think it’s charged, use it, and it’s not! Also plugging in the recharger to the unit requires a lot of maneuvering.
