Great DIY kit! All the parts were included, the assembly was simple, and it worked perfectly once built. The green LED display is bright and easy to read, showing time, date, week, and temperature. Fun to build and very useful — highly recommend!

Nice display. Size is good especially for night time viewing. The temperature depends on the thermistor in the package. I bought 2 of these. One is accurate the other is off 5 degrees high. The clock is very accurate. The power cord is very short. It runs on a 5. Volt phone charge block. Easy to put together but parts are very small. If you’ve ever worked on a circuit board you can put this together. Use a magnify glass to check your solder joints. Enjoy the build.

It's super fun for a beginner like me just make sure you pay attention to how the screen is going to connect to the pcb. I made a mistake and had to rig it a little but was able to get it to work and it's really nice. From it's hourly chime to It's large display. After it's assembly you get a nice digital clock that you can say you put together. 5 stars

I bought two of these. Both clocks work flawlessly. Really impressed... ...by following: - it is real easy easy to build - extremely accurate: stays within one second of Atomic Clock in Boulder, CO - the set has clear and well-written instructions for assembling and set up, plus a QR code is included linking to the assembly video - has three alarm clocks - has multiple advanced features: -- temperature sensor - to display the ambient conditions -- ambient light sensor - to automatically adjust the brightness of display -- time correction option - to tune the clock to the best accuracy Now I am wondering if the seller has similar electronics sets. I would buy more such products without hesitation. Highly recommended for DYI enthusiasts!

I bought this kit after seeing some YouTubers show it off and I had a pretty fun time putting this together. The problem with most soldering kits is that after you are done making the kit the end product is not very useful. This is not the case with this as it's a fully functional clock and alarm. I've been soldering since I was a kid but I am no means an expert at soldering techniques. I do however have a solid foundation of electronic circuity and how electronic components work. This kit was easy to assemble and the clock is really useful. The display can be programmed to alternate between time, date, day of the week and temperature. I also like that it uses a real clock chip which gives me confidence that the time will be kept accurately. The display also dims in low light conditions which is an added bonus. While this could be programmed as an alarm clock, I have chosen to use this as a nice little desk clock. For the price, I think this is a great stocking stuffer for anyone who wants to start soldering something useful.

It's a fun project to work, I built it with my daughter. It only takes an hour or so. I had an initial issue where the clock was delaying but now it is working properly. The setup menu is a little bit tricky.

Nice easy project, its great for someone with a drop of experience as sometimes there is very little details Or info for someone learning . But it was not sold as a learning project so I gave it a high rating as the product is a nice item

Temperature horribly non linear. Calibrated it against a thermocouple to exact on temp on 71° to find it horribly off just a few degrees away from there. 64 ° would read 61, too cold, so it's not picking up heat from the board. A joke. Fun built, though.
