I'm a DIY guy, so this gives me the confidence to get up on my metal roof and and fix problems. It works well and is plenty robust. Make sure it is tied down well.

I have bought a lot of Vevor stuff and it has always been good quality. I sure wasn't ready for how nice this was going to be. I am using it with a fall harness on my roof and it is top notch quality. For me it will last a long time. It was even less expensive than hardware store rope and 10 x the quality. Very flexible and has a smooth shell. My harness grabs it fine and doesn't seem to damage it at all.

I purchased this 150 foot long VEVOR Climbing Rope with jumar to clean my 8-12 steep roof on my house. I attached it to my waist harness. It works great. I probably could have purchased a shorter rope but wanted to have enough rope to work on both sides of the roof without having to throw it over the roof a second time. It is very strong and the professional grade jumar is very easy to attach, adjust and remove-reattach when I move to the other side of the roof. I am 72 years old so cannot afford to fall off a roof.

I have not jumped off my roof yet to test this lifeline. The rope is very nice, but it is much thinner than advertised. Rope grabs like the one that come with this are designed for 5/8 inch life line which is 16mm. The listing says this rope is 14mm, but it is not. The rope is quite soft and the only way I could get 14mm was to smash it into an elliptical shape and measure the long axis of the ellipse. When round, this rope is barely 12mm and the calipers could easily compress it to 10mm. Is it still strong enough to catch you if you fall? Probably. Is it really ANSI Z359.1 compliant? There is no reason to believe that it is. The rope grab/fall arrestor are labelled in compliance with ANSI Z359.1, but the lifeline is not. In testing with no weight, the rope grab does appear to work. I will not trust this with my life until I do further testing.

Purchased this assembly to complement my new harness! Have a 12/12 roof- this is a must-have for that kind of work! The rope is easy to handle & the slide/ lock works well. They also have a 100 ft version.

Incredible value for money. This is a safety device and seems to be very well made for the price. This is a must have for the home DIY'er

Purchased the Lifeline plus the Vevor Harness. All are to ANSI standards, worked well and cheap personal health insurance for a "just in case" moment in falling off the roof.
