Cracked spray nozzle
Delivered with spray nozzle was cracked! Effectiveness on mites is TBD.

Great Product
As an avid house plant lover this is a great product to have.

works but needs multiple applications
Unlike synthetic insecticide sprays, it does not remove infestations in just one application. It does recommend multiple applications, so no false information there. It is effective - I used it for scale insects on a citrus plant, but sprayed every few days for about two weeks before all the scale insects disappeared. There was no strong smell, either, which is a plus.

Didn’t work for aphids, but works for other pests.
Tried Neem to control aphids. It works for a lot of pests, but had to use diatomaceous earth for aphid infestation.

Little green knats
I had little green knatts all over my persian shield after i bought it and this stuff got rid of them within days!!! so happy and so is my plant!!

It's mostly "other ingredients" so who knows what this is!
It's 0.09% neem oil, 99.01% "other ingredients," so you have no idea what this really is or whether you're poisoning your garden with pesticides. If you're into organic gardening, it's a waste of money.
