Way too many bandaids tho. lol Ax/hammer good, solid tool. Lantern, flashlight, knife, shovel and the rest, all good quality items. Could use a water filter straw tho. I added one of my own.

5*’s But not for what you think!
So for those who have been scouring, Amazon reviews to find the right survival kit, and just need to know if you should buy this one, over another, and this is your budget, then just buy it, something, anything is better than nothing in an emergency! But I recommend you add to it as you see fit. However, if you care to read on and find out more about this kit, and what you really need, keep reading.I’ve been wanting a survival/bug out bag for the past few years. But I wanted it to be organized and easy for anyone to use. So I invested a bunch of items, food for about $1,000. This includes a Rhino Ready bag for 2 people, as an organized starting point, and added on from there. But then I thought, what if I’m in my car and something were to happen and I couldn’t run home to retrieve my bag. That’s why I purchased this bag. It’s small enough, and it’s a starting point, but boy is it unorganized! Is it full of cheaply made products?, yes, it is, but as you can see compared to what you really need to spend, it’s a far cry from that investment. And it’s a starting point. If anyone cares to know what I’ve added, I’ll include the list below. Some items are to make it more organized and readily recognized, especially the first aid gear. All items may not fit, that’s why I am including an exterior mole bag.Hope this helps you and your family stay safe, and remember, something is better than nothing!Car survival kit add on’s-Waterproof matches.-Life straw.-Water purification tablets.-1 extra Poncho.-Metal Cup/Vessel for boiling water.-Fat wood fire starter-Small Vaseline. 318 PCS Emergency Survival Kit
Obviously at this price, some of the items are cheaply made. However, it is quite the survival kit in a relatively small package. I keep it in my vehicle. There are quite a few useful things like a firestarter. It contains a knife, like I don't have enough of those. All in all it is pretty good for the price. If you want a better kit, spend more and you will get it. Most of the items are useful. The shovel is smaller than I would prefer, but it is so to fit in a compact package.

Compact and Complete
Excellent first aid and survival kit that fits perfectly in your trunk. While one hopes they never have to use it, it comes with pretty much every conceivable tool and first aid supply imaginable. Pretty impressive.

It's small and light. Pretty organized and compact. You have the resources to do quite a bit for treating injuries. I like how it is labeled and even comes with a first aid guide book (haven't looked in it yet).It smells like a new backpack and even if you use the stuff found in there, you can reuse the bag itself by refilling them with product you know and care most about. I may definitely have to get another someday.

Decent for the price - good way to jumpstart an emergency kit
I'm just starting to build a 72-hour emergency kit. I thought this would be a great way to build the first-aid/survival kit portion. While it comes with A LOT of items, some of the items are lower quality - the bandaids are a knock off brand, stuff like that - no name products. I love the tools that come with the kit; although, those are also no-name brands. For the price it was a good way to jumpstart my kit. I think over time I will supplement the kit with quality bandages, tape, gauze pads, etc. I love that it comes in a bag that can attach to my 72-hour kit bag via the molle system.
