I wanted a big fan for my living area… I came across this one and it is absolutely perfect. It is so sleek looking & just aesthetically pleasing. We were able to extend the rod down since the ceiling is a little higher… Not only do I love the way it looks, but my electric bill has gone down significantly. The remote is awesome and all around just very happy with it. I’ve been using it religiously for about three months now and would recommend!

I ordered two while on sale. One for the master bedroom and one for the living room. These dudes move some serious air, and are not noticeably loud. I bought a different fan of similar size last summer for my inclosed patio from Home Depot. It was almost $100 more than this fan. I wish I had bought this fan for outside as well based on airflow alone. I do have three minor complaints, but not enough to justify deducting a star.1) if you turn the fan off at the switch or the power goes out. When you turn the fan back on via remote, the light automatically comes on. Not a big deal, but not ideal while someone is sleeping under it.2) every button push on the remote beeps. It’s a personal pet peeve, and likely won’t bother others.3) the wires could be longer. If you use the included extension polls it is just fine. My living room fan required a 4ft extension poll. So I had to cut the wires from my old fan and extend the new one.All said, I’d buy them again and still worth my money.

UPDATE! We have had a wonderful, helpful conversation including troubleshooting tips, which ultimately ended in us receiving a new fan for our troubles. Happy with the outcome!!Our fan light still works after purchasing in Nov 2023, but the fan began grinding when moving, and now won’t even work.What can we do? I see that others have had success in getting help. Hoping that is the case for us. We love this fan. We’d love it more if it worked!

We purchased the product a few months ago. We just started using it and it soon started making mechanical noises. The ceiling bracket is of disgraceful quality. It sags. Moreover, the seller said he would send a new one, but it has been a month and he hasn't. Do not buy.

I bought two of these with lights. After connecting power, one fan has an amber light and the other is a cool light color. I emailed the manufacturer, it’s been 3 days. No answer. Having difficulty balancing them.

The media could not be loaded. Definitely decent, but you must measure for clearance. Three color light is neat

We purchased this fan last August for our new home. We loved it but last month it stopped working. I emailed customer service asking about a warranty and was immediately offered to be sent a brand new one, no questions asked. It arrived 3 days later! Thank you!!

The fan is very nice and moves a lot of air, the customer support is very good as well.

The media could not be loaded. We were really happy with the fan. It was reasonably easy to install and looked like it was excellent quality. The motor is quiet but the fan moves a lot of air.UPDATE* Fan had developed a rubbing noise after 3 months of use. After a bit of work, I was able to reach the manufacturing company and they sent me a replacement fan! I am quite happy that the company has stood by their product. I still have to re rent scaffolding to install the new fan at my expense but at least I’m not out the $500 I originally paid for the fan.

Fan was great for about 3 weeks then stopped working. Would spin a couple times in one direction then stop and shutter a bit then stop altogether. Tried every setting but nothing worked. Requested a replacement from the supplier and received no answer.
