Great product which has helped many times

I have sustained loads of injuries in my life and after trying this, I wish I had it for all those. It really compresses the area as well as provide a lot of cold to it. Sometimes it can be a bit too cold. But it works really well. Better than ice packs and trying to make them stay in position. Or dripping everywhere as they thaw out. Great product.

The freeze sleeve works. Simply put. I use after after game I officiate, works wonders. Used as advertised, followed instructions. Its like having a ready product each time. Definitely recommend to those needing pre/post workout treatments. Especially great for recoveries.

This product makings icing so much easier. I bought one for elbow/forearm and one for knee. The sizing guide worked perfect for me, I’m 6’ and 220 lbs. As other reviewers have stated, it only stays cold for 15-20 min but that’s all I need. I’m able to ice more often due to convenience of product, can walk around while icing.

If you are already in pain, using this out of the freezer will increase the pain level by a lot. Suggest you put it in the bottom rack of the refrigeratorJoe W.

Have a recent meniscus issue. The freeze sleeve works exactly as advertised. A lot easier to use than ice and knee wrap. Plus the compression aspect is a plus!
