Ford 1700 Crossflow: How do your filters and their internal components cope with Ethanol within the petrol?

So far I haven’t noticed any problems using this fuel filter on my 52 year old Ford 390 cu in engine, but I have only used E5 petrol in this engine; hope this is helpful.
