WORKS AS ADVERTISED,SO EASY TO PUT MY SOCKS ON!!!!!

I wish I could give it 4 1/2 stars. One of the knots that holds the ropes to the plastic shell came undone before I had a chance to put the sock over the shell, and the other one came undone as I was examining it. What I found out was that each of the four stopper knots at the ends of the ropes was finished with a loop. The knots at the handle ends were pulled tight so they didn't come undone so easily. I've attached a photo, not of the original knot, but showing how the original knot was tied. It's possible that these knots were tied by a new hire who had not yet been properly trained, and the sock aid you buy could have properly tied knots. Anyway, I retied the knots that had come undone, and to be safe I pulled out the end of the loop on the others. The sock aid now works very well for my compression stockings.

It takes a few tries to get used to it.

This the sock aid works well for knee-high socks or short socks but does not work well when well with compression hose. It is easy enough to use with knee-high socks makes the process easy. It’s worth it’s money because it is it does assist you in dressing.

Bought for my father who is waiting for a knee replacement, and he's very pleased with it. For context for any tall gentlemen out there, he's 6ft 4" and a UK size 13 shoe, so I was concerned whether it would be big enough for his feet. Thankfully he finds it easy to use and works very successfully. For anyone who has arthritis pain and joint stiffness, he says it's a lightweight design and a perfect aid. It's slightly small if you have wide feet, but it's sturdy and though it requires perhaps a little more effort than for those with smaller feet, there's still very little effort involved. He can't imagine anyone having difficulty using it, it's such a simple design.
