It is worth the hype. Wonderful lubrications and it leaves you smelling and feeling fresh. I cannot attest to whether it clears up any bad bacteria, but it truly enhances intimate moments.

Ok so I'm on the fence as to what I think of this product. I typically use another product for this same purpose it works really well for odor, ph balancing type issues but this products advertising is literally everywhere so I figured I'd give it a shot. First I read many many reviews as to the burning sensation that quiet a few reviewers make reference to...I did feel a bit of a warm type sensation a few minutes after having inserted the gel. It wasn't painful but noticeable none the less. the following day I did notice a bit of odor still remaining....because I'm curious/ nosey I visually inspected myself. Upon inspection the inside tissue was very bright reddish/ pink it had not been prior to use. the second day, I had sex after my s5d test came back negative. I'm not sure if I was supposed to or not but I did, anyways the man I was with and have been hooking up with for years asked why I felt swollen saying I was almost uncomfortably tight. I discontinued use as within 6 or 7 days I was back to normal as far as the inflamed inner tissues were concerned. There was no odor it did clear that up. Do what you will with all that info but me personally will stick to rePHresh vaginal ph balancing gel for my occasional ph balance issues (no pain, no swelling, no scent or taste to gel and immediate obvious decrease in ph related odor issues just doesn't treat bv)
