I recently purchased this machine for my home office, and I couldn't be more satisfied with it. This laminator looks nice and sleek, well-designed and so easy to use. The control panel is intuitive. Just follow the instruction to plugin and have it warmed up in less than one minute. While you are waiting for the warm-up, simply insert your document into the provided proper sized clear paper pouch, then slowly place the pouch inside the inlet of the machine. This machine has a great feature to roll in the pouch automatically(remember do not force to push in the pouch). Let the machine do the magic. Then you can see the perfect result after a quick smooth and quiet process. The documents coming out has a bubble-free finish and looks crispy and professional. It can also handle a variety of document sizes, from standard letter to legal and even larger items. This all-in-one laminator also comes with a paper trimmer and corner rounder, which saves you money to buy other tools. It also has a cold lamination function for delicate documents.This is my first time using laminators. I am so happy with the result. I think I am addictive to using it. I have tried using this machine to laminate the thick drawings of my kids and they love the results as well. I will buy more pouches for those many pretty drawings for my kids, so they can keep their drawings forever. Will recommend this laminator to my friends as well!

I liked the overall speed and efficiency of this machine for the few months that it worked but then it started blowing electrical fuses. I thought it was the outlet but it turned out to be the machine. On my last project I was doing a standard single-thickness copy paper page in a laminating pouch and had walked away to take care of something. I came back to the smell of deeply burnt plastic and heat. The laminator had stopped working and kept the pouch inside of it instead of feeding it through. I disconnected it and pulled the page out from the laminator. It was burnt all the way through the plastic pouch and the inner paper was brown and crispy with the start of a fire burn. Buyer beware. Do not leave this unattended or you may start a fire in your house.

The words, "You get what you pay for", couldn't be more accurate to describe this item. It does what it says. Extremely quick pre-heating, good quality accessories. However, the lack of an extended feed bed, does cause the whole thing to Jam up pretty often with a thicker stock(like Photo paper, no issues with regular paper). I haven't tested it with a lower thickness pouch though, I had issues with 125 micron pouches. Overall, still happy with the product, especially for the price tag.

Remember to feed in the sealed end of the pouch though - that's how you avoid jams in the first place.This laminator ticks all the boxes. It’s efficient, versatile, and the complete package.
