The media could not be loaded. Purchased 01/2024 Reviewed 04/2024. Preliminary review:1. Item received nicely packaged to prevent damage during shipment2. Overall impression of item when unwrapped: Good looking device - apparently a "skin" was applied to it to coverup any scratches, etc -- liked the look of the skin, slightly textured in appearance & helps with gripping the device. However, not sure of the ability of skin to stay on with prolong handling, one corner of laptop skin keeps pulling away from corner. Solution - I put the laptop in a protective case, which also protects laptop if it should drop/fall3. Setup & operating laptop - setup was easy & have experienced no issues with operating the laptop with the exception of adopting to a new/revised way of accessing information. The windows platform was different on my old HP & I found myself stumbling around trying to find out where to go for stuff like settings, download, documents, volume control - etc. but I've been able to retrain myself to the new setup4. I miss the volume control button that was on the side of the laptop on my old HP, that was so simple to use, but I have since found out I can us the Fkeys to control volume5. Great speed downloading & uploading, for websites & pages on websites6. Vibrant colors on "desktop" type pages & when watching videos, mostly I watch YouTube but have also connected to other internet video services, as I want to use this when traveling for entertainment videos7. Can't comment on gaming, as I don't do it, but from what I've been using it for would say this could be used for school or job related use8. Battery lasts a long time, like the raised keys on keypad area9. Disappointed in the amount of storage on the actual device, my old HP had 1000gb on hrd/drive & this has only 128gb, which seems to be a trend on devices (limited hard drive storage) but when deciding to get this I decided I would use a usb drive & transfer stuff I needed or wanted to keep, so having usb ports was important [I know you can get larger hrd/drive storage, but then the price goes way up]Finally, I was very impressed with this "renewed" item. I didn't know what to expect when I opened the box, but overall item appearance & performance has made me glad I took a chance on this.

This 11inch HP is the perfect device for me as a creative coach and freelance designer. It's my second small convertible touchscreen laptop, cost far less money than my first and with every bell and whistle I currently need. It's incredibly versatile and a great option for anyone on the go for work or school.There are two cameras and the clarity of the main cam is phenomenal! I get compliments on how nicely I'm lit when using it. The camera for tablet view is just to the left of my left hand - so you don't have to juggle between them when it's folded back. One can be on the subject and one on you. I haven't played with it much, but it's a cool feature. The touchscreen is very user-friendly.It has Windows 11 and it's as fast on startup and during use as is claimed in the offer. Worth every penny for bootstrapped coaches and entrepreneurs struggling to get work done on an older laptop. I thought about it for about a week because I was considering a more expensive pc, but if I needed to buy for someone else or for myself - I'll be looking for the latest refurbished model just like this one!

It's only been about a week but so far this is a great little laptop with one exception.First time I've ever bought a refurbished item and so far it works and looks like new. I was looking for a small laptop that would be easy to carry to job sites and this works well.Lots of battery life in this little thing.My only complaint is with a design from HP. The power button is on the side and in a spot that gets accidentally bumped when picking it up and moving around while using it. Maybe I'll get used to it but this is a poor design HP.

The laptop looked really good cosmetic wise but once my daughter started high school and started using it after only about 4 days, the device got stuck in tablet mode. I immediately contacted amazon support and they tried getting me to change it through setting but the "tablet mode" they had me search for in systems WAS NOT THERE. Even on the task bar there is suppose to be something that switches the mode on or off but absolutely nothing!!!! I am truly disappointed in this because I am an international buyer and now i need to figure out how i will get the device back to the US so i can return it. I really hope other people have better luck with this than me but I don't think i even want back a device like this. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE and no one that i spoke to from the support team could have helped.

Very happy with this purchase. Have been using for 6 weeks now for basic web surfing and watching some videos (YouTube, Prime, etc). Works well as a standard laptop and in a tablet mode. Touchscreen is responsive and works well 99.9% of the time. Once in a while a browser tab won't close with the touch of my finger; my be related to the sensitivity of the screen itself and the fact that the 'x' isn't that large. Obviously not a huge problem as I find myself trying to use my work laptop as if it had a touchscreen when it doesn't.

I was very apprehensive about purchasing used electronic products but after looking at the description of the features and the price of this HP 2 in 1 11” laptop I decided to take a chance and so far I’m very happy that I did. Especially when a lot of the new good quality brand name laptops like Hewlett-Packard that I looked at that have the features that I want costs over a $1,000. This laptop had no visible damages or scratches. The only problem is that the G key is very touchy. It also weighs a little heavier then expected and the battery does get pretty warm when charging like a lot of other electronics these days. This laptop is very easy to setup and use as both a laptop or tablet. I especially like all of the features I look for in a 2 in 1 laptop like a touchscreen, 4K graphics, 5G, 8GB RAM, and Windows 11. So needless to say I highly recommend purchasing this high quality used HP 2 in 1 laptop.
