Work very well in Northern Virginia
Best grass seed I've used (after using many other brands). I pre-germinated by soaking in water (in a bucket) for about 2 weeks before seeding. Sprouted very quickly. Deep green lush lawn about 1 year later. In Northern Virginia (very hot summers). Will order more. Highly recommended.

Did not work, nothing grew
Bought 2 of these and nothing grew out of them. Watered twice a day for over 2 weeks, for 7 minutes in southern California early March and mixed with malorginite. It's now April and nothing has grown, not even seeing sprouts. For the price I was disappointed. Maybe others will have success.

patchy grass
I planted this seed to specs, added peatmoss to protect the seeds from sun and birds, kept it moist as per instructions, it has weeds coming up, and has a lot of empty patches, it came up at very different times, some as much as a week later, having to buy more seeds to fill in the empty patches,

LOVE THESE SEEDS!!
It grew amazingly well. Had to protect the seeds from birds so covered them with burlap until blades were coming up!! Buying a 2nd bag to finish the front yard!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
