Don’t be put off!
I’ve had this cooker for a few weeks now and it’s a really good oven. It doesn’t come with a cable, but I used my one that was already installed as i had an electric oven previously and took about 10 mins to connect it up and get it going. So easier if you’ve had electric prior. The instructions tell you to put it on max heat when you first buy it with no food inside, so if you don’t read instructions just remember to do that. The oven comes with a timer, so you need to put it to the time you’re looking at and press the middle 3 lines and you’re good to go. Otherwise it’ll time itself out and you need to reset the timer which isn’t the end of the world. I bought the 60cm one and it’s gracious in space, it doesn’t take a little time to heat up but I’m only assuming it’s because it’s new. It came with a tray too and it’s quite quiet, I used the Amazon haul away service to take my trusty 16 year old oven away after it finally gave in which didn’t cost anything extra and I didn’t have the old oven lying around waiting. Overall it’s a good electric cooker that does what you need it to do, don’t be put off by the bad reviews.

Not fit for purpose avoid avoid avoid
Oven looks fine, it's a bit fiddly to install due to the odd connections, it does not come with a cable. The hob seems mostly fine. The main oven however is a joke, as reported in other reviews if you have at max temperature for around 20mins or so, it will switch itself off, the seems to be some kind of safety feature to prevent overheating. Which for an oven seems to be a ridiculous design flaw. If the max temp is dangerous, why allow that setting? It makes no sense. As I'm in the UK I had the oven installed by an electrician, this was around £100. I will be refunding / returning this oven but only once amazon agree to pay for installation fee. Also in order to not be without an oven for weeks, I need to reorder a new oven, and have that fitted before sending this back, again at my expense. There are better ovens at the same price, with basically the same features, don't get this one. I do have other hisense products and have been generally happy with them. But an overheating oven is not acceptable.Avoid.

Excellent..well worth the money.. cooks excellent
The cooker is lush...I'm well happy with it ...it's not noisy...the depth is really great to work with...easy to clean ...mainly self cleaning... It's A rated..so it's cheaper on electric....I have the white one and it's lush...it's value for money ....I have used this cooker it's easy to clean with a soft cloth...it cooks everything evenly...the hobs cook at the same time, even the hobs ..they all cook on the same setting...I was going to go for a belling ,I am glad I chose this model instead...it's great to work with...I think I'll stick to this brand...

Stylish, Efficient, and Reliable Ceramic Cooker
Stylish, Efficient, and Reliable Ceramic CookerI was drawn to this Hisense cooker for its modern black ceramic finish and the promise of an A-rated double oven. On delivery, it immediately stood out as sleek and well-built, adding a contemporary touch to my kitchen. The dual ovens offer plenty of space for cooking multiple dishes at once, which is ideal for family meals or entertaining guests. The ceramic hob heats up quickly and provides precise temperature control, making it easy to manage different cooking tasks simultaneously. The mechanical knobs are intuitive, and the programmable LED timer is a handy feature that helps keep track of cooking times without guesswork. Cleaning is straightforward thanks to the smooth surface and drip tray design, which quickly wipes clean of any spills.Overall, this cooker balances style and functionality effectively. The main fan oven circulates heat evenly, the ceramic hob is responsive, and the build quality feels solid. The only minor drawback is that it needs to be hard-wired by a qualified electrician, so plug-and-play isn’t an option. Otherwise, it’s a dependable, well-priced cooker suitable for everyday use.

Not worth the risk
I would not have bought this had I known its flaws. It was the built in Air Fryer and glass hob that drew me to it. Plus it looks pretty good. Here are the bad points first.1/The fan on the oven is very noisy above 28db, and sometimes won't even turn off after trying to cook.Their engineer told me the noise is normal.2/There are no heat indicators for oven temperature? Just took it for granted it would have had this feature.3/Air fryer so far had been terrible for chips, leaving some cooked and others chewy. Very disappointed.4/ The seals in the edge of the glass hob were done by someone in training or their robot has lost a bolt?5/ Grill handle is not the best design and is potentially dangerous.6/Wiring to the real hub is not easy as the unit is cheap and not well designed but does work once you get the clips to hold steady.Good points1/The hob is the best thing about the oven. Comes on instantly and works well.2/ It looks good if you want a black and white theme.Thats it basically and from what I can gather by other 1 star reviews people have had similar bad luck with this unit. If anyone else has that horrid fan noise please leave a review as I am not surew I believe the engineer.
