Back in November I got a lot of K-beauty samples including this cleanser, and within a couple weeks of using them all, my skin was the best it had been in 6 years and I was amazed. Then my samples ran out and I had to decide which products to buy full sizes of since I'm not a millionaire, and this cleanser didn't make the cut, because I didn't think it was the cleanser that was making a big difference (I was using multiple cleansers at once).Fast forward to December and my skin wasn't as bright and clear as it had gotten in November, meaning I was getting a few cystic breakouts, which was discouraging. I thought maybe the products just stopped working. So a week ago I decided to buy this to see if it was somehow the magic ingredient in my routine and ???? Turns out it was??? By the next morning of using it, my skin was so soft and smooth and all of my blemishes either decreased significantly in swelling or virtually disappeared depending how deep they were. Which means now my hyperpigmentation actually has time to fade!Tl;Dr Haven't gotten another breakout since using this. Seems to have broken the cycle I was living with for years and I have no clue how this affordable, basic cleanser has made such a difference but I'm extremely grateful and yes I would recommend it because if your skin is as troubled as mine was, you probably relate to the feeling of having nothing to lose. Try it! :)

I love it, I have oily skin and with this cleanser it gets much less oily and has fewer breakouts.

One of the best products. It does dry your skin a little, so you’ll need to moisturize after especially if you have dry skin like me. But it gives a great clean every time.

It really works and I have tried a lot different products and spent a lot of money on them. It is not oily at all and after usage, the skin feels clean, fresh and it does not feel dried or oily. I wish there was a bigger size but other than that, it is really good!!!

Very light weight, suds up well, and smells great. Super super soft on skin, not an exfoliant, but you can easily apply this to a scrubber or gentle face rag and make it so! I love to use this in the morning, and a harsher exfoliant in the evening to get all the days gunk off.

Girl with densité oily skin right here so you can trust me when I tell you that this is the one. It’s not stripping at all and it leaves my skin feeling moisturized and glowy.

I am a 40 year-old man. This face wash has helped me reduce my face acne by a lot. It’s not 100% nothing is, but this is way better than all the store-bought face washes that I’ve been using all my life.

I really like this and the Hemish cleansers in general. This cleanser has a medicinal smell, I’d even say it smells slightly sour, but it’s mild and doesn’t linger after rinsing your face. I love the fact that if I’m in a hurry, I can skip the toner (might not even need it at all when using this product honestly). I don’t find it super drying, but I do have oily/combo skin, but I did require a hydrating product to apply to my face after to feel perfectly comfortable during the winter months. A gel moisturizer did the trick for me.This cleanser leaves my face feeling refreshed and I think it tones down some of my skin’s redness/breakouts more than other cleansers after some consistent use. I use the Hemish cleansing balm before hand at night and I’m very happy with the results of the combination of the two products :)
