It stopped working after 1 month. Mailed Brezza customer service but no response even after 1 week.

Water flow not working - E3 error. it is for new product.

Worked good for 2 months then it started making way more quantity than opted for. I filed a complaint at Baby brezza India website but the team is so rude & not helpful. They asked me to send the machine back to check and when I sent, they said your powder bowl is broken “which was not m sure when I had it) they wanted me to buy new bowl and put the blame on broken bowl for making wrong quantity. Whereas earlier they said their is a technical issue thats why its mskung wrong quantity. They kept changing their statement and kept my machine in their warehouse for a month. Very bad expedience.

The machine was perfect …until it stopped working after only one week. There is no number to call for customer support. You can only send emails, and they did not get back to me yet.

Come dichiarato dal produttore, non riscalda l’acqua a 70 gradi per cui non sterilizza la polvere. Questo rende la macchina potenzialmente pericolosa perche non rispetta le linee guida dell’OMS. Nel mio caso, io uso il latte HiPP che non richiede la preparazione con acqua a 70 gradi ma a 40 poiché HiPP utilizza un processo tipo high-pressure processing che garantisce sicurezza microbiologica già in fase di produzione. Inoltre seguo una regola ferrea: preparo il biberon un attimo prima di darlo alla bimba e ciò che non consuma entro un’ora lo butto via in modo che se anche per ipotesi ci fosse un batterio residuo, non ha tempo di crescere a livelli pericolosi. Quindi, per l’utilizzo che ne faccio io, questa macchina è estremamente efficiente: va settata la prima volta, impostata la temperatura e la quantità, tutte impostazioni che la macchina tiene in memoria finché non vengono cambiate manualmente. Io la lascio sempre accesa in modo che sia sempre pronta e non debba scaldare l’acqua ogni volta. Per preparare il biberon bisogna solo posizionarlo sotto l’imbuto e premere il tasto dell’erogazione, in pochissimi secondi ed utilizzando solo una mano si ha il biberon pronto. Non esiste in commercio nulla di simile, questa è in assoluto la macchina più comoda, veloce ed efficiente che ci sia. Per me è stata la svolta, avendo una bimba reflussante che deve mangiare piccole quantità per volta e che di conseguenza mangia 10 volte al giorno mi ha cambiato la vita, soprattutto di notte. Unico neo è che l’imbuto va lavato ogni 4 biberon ma io ho risolto acquistandone due di ricambio (un imbuto costa solo 8€ circa ) in modo da averne sempre uno pulito tutto il giorno. Dó quindi 5 stelle perché per me è il non plus ultra della comodità, ma se utilizzassi un latte tradizionale che richiede la preparazione con acqua a 70 gradi non mi sentirei così tranquilla.

It's like the Keurig of bottled milk. Use any formula you like, I prefer bottled water for growing brains, and enjoy your time with baby!

Livraison "longue" par rapport à d'autres commande amazon. Mais dés que c'était expédié en 24-48h chez moi. C'est un budget mais quand on a deux bébés ça nous soulagé bien. Je n'ai plus de poudre partout. J'ai juste l'endroit où passe l'eau/poudre qu'il faut souvent nettoyer car il y a de la poudre qui se colle a la paroi. L'appareil nous signale quand je dois remettre de l' eau. Ca chauffe très rapidement.
