Ineffective flavored water
I have been consuming pre workouts for a long time but took a break of a year and chose this when i decided to restart. Its just flavored water. I neither get any energy or focus during workout and my performance has remained flat after taking this. Waste of money

Beginner must use
I am beginner to gym . I take half scoop and before 25 min workout. It gives gradually increase my strength about 45-65 mins . Taste is so good

Nice pre workout drink
It's a combination of Creatine and Citrulline..In my opinion,it's one of the best combination..the taste is very good..it's authentic and quality product from MB..the con I have noticed is it's mixability..I need to shake/mix it well for minimum 20 seconds to mix well in the water.. otherwise I have noticed few granules of the powder at the bottom..
