This tape made the difference between being off sick from work and still managing to do my job with modifications. I found it lost its stick once it got wet, but my hands were constantly getting wet due to my job. I also needed to change the tape daily because it made my arm itchy if I left it on longer. This may have been more to do with my job than the tape though.I was surprised how much support this tape gave my wrists.

I have tried a few other tapes but this extra sticky Rock Tape is the best in my opinion. When used correctly it’s supportive, withstands daily showers and with care stays in place for 5-7 days

Gives great support and can survive a 30 min swim session but one tiny little catch of a corner and it starts to unstick. It comes off quite easily after a swim but won't stay on longer than a day. I've had better luck with Sporttape (cheaper too). I have sensitive skin but this was fine but do not put any stretch on the ends otherwise you may end up with a rash. I had it on under a unloader knee brace but the brace started to peel it off.

Great tape. It's important to do skin prep beforehand - clean with a mild soap, then apply a few drops of benzoin tincure (also available on amazon). Cut the tape's corners so they're curves and there's not a single point of lifting, and rub firmly after applying. I've used it for knee injuries and would 100% rebuy.

I strained my middle deltoid and had my physio tape it to give me some support whilst running an obstacle race, I bought this so I could do it myself and it stayed on throughout an entire 20 mile race, including significant periods of submersion in muddy water. I used this with an adhesive spray too by Other tapes I’ve used (also with adhesive spray beforehand) have started to peel at the edges with the movement of my shoulder but this stayed put throughout. Would definitely recommend although it can be tough to get it off!

Overall its fine as kin tape. I have knee problems and it helps with the pain that comes with being quite active. However, this is normal for kinesology tape. Its not bad tape- just not stickier than usual Rocktape or other tapes. It lasts me maybe 3 days max because whilst most of it sticks some part of it will always start to lift at some point and this obviously results in the rest of it slowly coming off across the next day or two. Original rock tape has lasted me longer before definitely. Not bad but no point switching from usual rocktape either in my opinion.

Best tape ive ever bought, stays on for days and ultra sticky especially I used over the knee cap and this is always moving, very efficient and effective

General buy tape to protect my libra CGM sensor on the back of my arm, I find it last over a week before starting to peel and needs reapplying.Usually on for 2 weeks at a time, I find it very comfortable and it doesn’t seem to cause me any issues with rashes or itching (added image after removing sensor)Been using it now for a few year’s so would thoroughly recommend it.
