Really good for I needed.
I needed straps/gloves for weight training. These are nice and cool(being open) and have great grip, while alleviating the pains of the weights directly in my palms. Reduced build of calluses on my hands. Also have a bit of support in the wrists.

Needs better Quality control
It didn't work for me, it made my hand numb after using it. Had to take them off cause they made my grip worse somehow. I got a medium and they were feeling weird on my hands as on one glove the hole was way too tight. So their quality control isnt very good. I wouldn't buy again.
