I would like to think it is doing good work on the inside, but I cannot say I felt flatter. Bought a few times and I used for general gut care.

I tried for 2 weeks....no effect

as someone with ceoliacs and ibs-c that is constantly bloated with stomach pains, this really seems to help. when i start getting bloated i drink some and the bloating goes down within an hour. i also used this on holiday where i definitely was cross contaminated with gluten and had very small reactions. can't recommend it enough. it's the first thing i've ever found (this and optibacs probiotic pills) that genuinely helps a gluten reaction / my bloating/tummy issues. the only flaw is that this does not dissolve in drink as well as you'd expect it to, in fact, about half of the product doesn't dissolve at all. would be better in a pill form.
