I purchased this set to give as a gift for Christmas. The packaging is beautiful and the mug is well made. The recipient loved the blue pattern and the taste of the tea it comes with. Full price is a bit pricey but getting it on a prime sale- I thought it was a good value.

This thing is so cute, unfortunately I’ll never be able to give it as a gift as I intended because it arrived smashed. The package is pretty but it is very flimsy and the company did little to secure it. The shipping box didn’t even say fragile on the outside. Even worse, it won’t be eligible for return if it shows up damaged, apparently.

Tea Forte has become my new favorite tea gift brand. Not only are their teas delicious their gift sets are so nice and very unique. Highly recommend!

Updated: Someone from Tea Forté reached out and offered a replacement mug/lid. Turns out I needed to separately reach out to the company for resolution to the broken lid vs trying to go through Amazon for a refund. The tea was delicious and this makes for a nice gift set if they can get better packaging to secure the lid during transport.The lid to the cup is broken in half. Arrived damaged and this product cannot be returned even though I paid a lot of money for a broken lid to this cup. Without the lid the novelty of the whole experience is lost.

Purchased this for a girlfriend’s birthday. She loves hot tea and this amazing little box has it all. Steeping tea for one has never been easier. I do believe the next one will be for me!

This came with a small moisturizer I ordered, but that's not the problem.The problem is that there was no bubble wrap or paper to keep this fragile cup safe. Disappointing as this was a gift and none returnable/replaceable. Good thing I checked before giving it to the person. I guess I should have checked the return policy first. But Amazon needs to package their items correctly. Do not recommend ordering TeaForte from here, use their official website. I only ordered here because of a discount, but it was too good to be true.Only thing that is okay is that the cup is still usable and tea and tray came undamaged. Still very annoying to have been given a chipped cup considering that $45 is still a lot compared to $60 for 5 teas, a tea tray, and a CHIPPED cup! I would have returned today if I COULD! And possibly even ordered a replacement IF I COULD.NEVER AGAIN!

I was hesitant to purchase this because some people said it arrived damaged. Well I went ahead and ordered it and it is lovely! The item arrived in perfect condition. The packaging is high quality as are the contents. I highly recommend this as a gift for your favorite tea lover.

This is just the most beautiful cup of tea! The cup is easy to hold and lightweight, the lid sports a hole for the top of the Pyramind Tea Infuser Bags to pop out through and there is even a Tea Tray to hold your bag!The cup is single serving at 8 oz!Price - Spendy, yes very spendy indeed but this is such a lovely set for someone!Product - High End - worth every penny!Tea - The favors can be subtle to bold depending on how long you steep - I steep so that I can use the pyramid two times and so I am right in the middle. I found the tea flavors to be unique - Chocolate Rose, Green Mango Peach, Strawberry Hibiscus, Vanilla Pear and Chamomile Citron - I typically find that flavored teas are hiding low quality tea but in this case the flavor profiles are subtle and really meld well with the tea base. I think that Strawberry Hibiscus is my favorite as the slight rose hints are oh so lovely!
