Bought it for granny
Really amazing quality at such affordable price cause her previous machine was 8× expensive and best part is, it's rechargeable.. only problem she is facing if you increase the sound more than level ii, it makes whistle sometimes..

Good but doesn't last long
My father is using this hearing aids from August. But one side stopped working for 2 weeks now. I want to know how to repair it?

Customer care service
Pathetic product with very very very poor customer care service. It waste of your money. The machine is not working and you cannot blame anyone and you cannot talk with Amazon. As usual it always keep its hands out of any customer service. Wasting of your hard earned money money

Bad product
Not so good product, the earpiece stopped working within 6 months, noise reduction was not working properly more than actual sound the joise was more heard. Bad product. Use was easy but not recommended for buying this.
