Let me start by saying that I don’t usually write reviews. But I felt compelled to share my experience on this one. So here it goes.I recently closed on a home, on a big lot, surrounded by trees and foliage. Idyllic sounding right!? Except every creepy crawler and spider you can imagine must have my same taste in property. The wrap around deck was covered in webs, the basement was on track for the same, and the main floor already had pest activity included with the purchase price.Well, I’m happy I found Scatter after doing some online research looking for fast, safe, easy, and effective at-home pest control solutions. Who can afford a service in todays financial climate? I found their website, scatterdiy.com, based on their perfect 5 out of 5 star review board. From there, I searched the product on Amazon since I’m a prime member.Out of the box, the kit was well packaged with straight forward instructions. I was up and running in less than five minutes. I did a lap around the exterior on both levels, being sure to get all the ledges, sills, overhangs, and nooks. Then I went around the interior on both levels the same way. After, I even had enough to treat around the walkways and hedges.My Scatter DIY Pest Control Kit got here on the 22nd. It’s now the 26th and I haven’t seen any activity whatsoever. I kinda feel bad for my neighbors because they are going to be having uninvited guests heading into the holiday season.I snapped a couple pictures before I started spraying to illustrate the state of things here on the home front. I’ve attached them to this review and will come back in a few weeks and update with progress pictures from the same problem areas.Update 10-6-23:I attached three photos. Let me tell you there is no activity other than the dead bugs I’m finding all around the perimeter of the house. It’s like they bounced off a force field or something. This stuff does not discriminate. It kills them all.

After two treatments this is their test kit to use full of roaches. Don’t waste your money. It’s like spraying water only on them

It’s been four days since we applied application all over my home. We have a flea problem with fleas that won’t go away. I tried Raid flea, Hartz flea home spray, and a peppermint spray (the peppermint spray was the worst.. it just made them angry). We’ve used a variety of topicals. None of them kept them away. Since spraying with this, giving our cats a dawn bath and applying fresh topical (Advantage II)… so far no fleas. I can’t tell you if this kills on contact but I can tell you I haven’t had a flea after four days. The first two days they were a little angry.. we saw a couple jump around to escape, day three they were gone. I will update after two weeks when I plan to apply a fresh round around my house after any eggs hatch. There was a lot in this bag, and I had half left over, so I’m keeping it for two weeks to spray again.

Scatter DIY is the at home pest control I've been waiting for and boy is it easy to set up and use! I've tried other brands - Pestie and Mighty Mint - but Scatter was by far the easiest to mix the product and then apply it both outside AND inside. It might have taken me 5 minutes tops to grab everything out of the box, read through the step-by-step instructions, mix everything together, and then get to sprayin'.On top of how easy the setup and spray was, the bugs have been non-existent since I sprayed for them so I know it's really working! The fact that I can just store my wand until I order my next bag of Scatter makes it that much easier and lets me know the company has an eye on sustainability as well. 5 out of 5 product, will be purchasing again!

Very affordable, especially compared to what we've been paying for pest control. The box comes with easy to follow, step by step instructions and the spray kit is amazing. There is no contact with any chemicals, really a great design. Has been very effective at keeping the bugs out. We will definitely continue to use this product. I highly recommend giving ita try.
