Fit perfectly and is operating much better than the original. It is extremely quiet and yet it seems to be moving a lot more air than the original HP fan. It was also very easy to replace the fan because of the perfect dimensions.

Great fan, very quiet and seems better than original. Plug and play with no issues, works well.

Replaced the original fan and was easy to install once the back of the laptop was off.

Fan is very noisy compared to other fans

Most of the time it seems to be working well, but it does rattle a bit at times, for no rhyme nor reason...it is certainly quieter than the one it replaced.

I can't really rec this part. It works well for my HP 15z-cw100 CTO, but I'm going to replace it right away. My HP has been my workhorse since COVID, working almost 24/7. I have no complaints although I'm upgrading to a new one. A few keys are getting sticky & this is the 2nd time I had to replace the fan. Typically laptop fans start grinding noisily when a laptop gets too old &/or dirty. I've been extra careful w/mine, but the 1st replacement took place around 2 years ago. Well, 2 more years & it starts grinding again. Not all the time, but I bought this part & waited until I couldn't make it stop w/a slap or 3. The replacement is easy & the part relatively cheap, so no sweat, right? Alas, the moment I installed this fan(different seller than the one before), it starts making noise. Not grinding, but just has a noisy motor. I tried taking it out & reinstalling it. It worked, about 20% less noise, but not enough. I'm forced to buy yet another fan & try again.
