It WORKS!
I started taking this about 6 months ago when I was told my menopausal hormones were all over the place. Three weeks on, one week off and I've lost 40 pounds. I don't know why it worked, but I feel great and I'm sold.

This works pretty well for me - at least reduces the severity of hot flashes.

caused low blood pressure and nausea.
This seemed to work great at first and just ordered two more bottles. I felt good, less aches and pains and slept great, but then I noticed I felt nauseous about an hour after taking it and got light headed and dizzy. Started to watch my blood pressure and it would go quite low. I ate snacks to counteract these side affects and started to gain weight. Tried to cut them in half and only take half, but still had the same issues.

Tastes exactly like psyllium husks
I’ve seen multiple reviews about this product commenting on how awful the after taste of this products was, and it almost influenced me not to purchase it. When it comes to textures and flavors, I’m fairly if not very picky, so usually I tend to avoid certain things like this when it comes down to the flavor.But from what I experienced, the flavor tastes almost verbatim to psyllium husks. It’s strong but not displeasing, and it does leave an after taste that lingers for around 1 minute. I find taking it with an electrolyte drink or coffee washes out the after taste, and is easy to swallow.Overall, the flavor is something minor for a good product

Has maltodextrin in it - stay away!!
With a product coming from a company called Life Extension- I never thought I needed to look at the ingredients to see if there were things in it that your body is incapable of processing. Maltodextrin is awful (look it up). So I buy something thinking I am doing good for myself only to find I am putting something terrible in my body. Do better than this. I threw away the entire container as I was waiting to see my doctor before taking it.
