Excuse the poor picture. I just snapped this real quick after putting the set together.Speaking of assembly, I’ll start there. This HAS to be the EASIEST set to assemble. There is literally 10 bolts for the each piece (coffee table has 8 bolts and 8 nuts). It took less than 30 minutes to put the couch together.I was surprised by how light the pieces are. They are very easy to move (a big plus for us).It feels very sturdy to sit on. I’m 350 lbs and feel comfortable sitting on all the pieces. The chairs are wide with plenty of room to spare (even for my big butt).Shipping was quick! All boxes (there were 3) arrived at the same time and were 2 days earlier than expected. Miraculously, no pieces were damaged despite the UPS driver’s deliberate disregard for the packages’ contents (he was throwing the boxes around and dropping them on my concrete porch). They seem well-packed without tedious and wasteful overpacking. They used the cushions to protect the aluminum pieces.The set looks great and I’m very happy with the purchase!

Positives: Framed quality is good. Look is very nice. Seat cushions are very firm and thick, as advertised. Assembly was very simple. Customer service 10/10Note: I found the back cushions to be a bit soft. I reached out to Customer service to give them feedback. They were great to work with offering assistance to make it right. And they did. And they moved swiftly to correct the issue.I would recommend this set and company. Two thumbs up

Pros: Instructions are clear. Very Easy to assemble with the help of all the tools provided. Shipping was quick and was in parts. Cushions are comfortable. Product is very lightweight but very sturdy. The fit and finish of the powdered coated aluminum frame is very goodCon: The only con I noticed about this product, is that during installation, coated aluminum frame is easily susceptible to scratches. Over period of time I believe it may look scratchy, but hopefully, it can be repainted over.Tips and Tricks: Do not tighten the screws as you install.

4.5 stars. This is a great item.I bought this for around $1,000 when comparing similar sets at other (big box & discount) retailers, often found for twice the price. On this set: the price, the style, the comfort, the quality is all fairly decent. Be patient, the shipping can be a little weird.If this set’s features and price are in your realm, then you should definitely buy this.Is it the best outdoor set on the market? No, but at this price point, the quality is very appropriate and very sufficient.It’s lightweight metal (aluminum (probably alloy) I believe), which makes it easy to move around and should perform well resisting rust. The cushions are fairly comfortable and acceptable for style. The fabric is not waterproof, so I plan to scotchgard them and buy patio cushion bags and bring them inside when not in-use.The instructions are “ok” and not terrible. They give you some extra pieces. There is a little design/execution flaw on one of the sofas (screwing it tight would cause the sofa to bow) To help: Basically, just don't screw the bolts all the way in until you have all the pieces and bolts at least partially in. Then go back and tighten everything.Downsides: the cushions could be a better material to resist water.the metal furniture pieces somehow attracts and hold water inside their hollow cavities (hollow metal pieces IS expected and normal). I think this may only be an issue with freezing temps after rain, which could cause a piece to bulge/bust.One of my pieces had damage, but I’ll be contacting the manufacturer for help soon.Overall, I don’t have any buyers remorse and I'm happy with the set. If I got a similar set anywhere else, it would be double the cost.Bonus: the metal won’t fall apart in the sun like wicker or rattan will.I’m looking forward to this lasting 5-10 years.

I ordered this 5pc set. The look is great! The non damaged itsms are great. Ths cushions R firm but nice quality and they won't be worn down too quickly. The sofa and loveseat came in the 1st package. They were beautiful! Second package was the 2 chairs. We Put them together, both were scratched. Coffee table came last, 4 days after. When I called amazon to replace the 2 damaged chairs they told me that I would have to disassemble all 5 pc and send it back for a refund. After waiting to get the patio set they really said that. I told them the other pieces are fine. Its the 2 chairs. No budge by Amazon. I said I threw all the huge boxes out, what do I do? The "manager" said we are going in circles and I would have to return everything, they cannot replace the 2 chairs.The wrong pamphlet came in the box too. The company of the set is different than the pamphlet they sent me. Something has changed with amazon. Its a shameHonestly, being a prime member doesn't even matter any more. I decided to keep everything and not return the 5 pcs. I posted my review saying I love the furniture but the chairs were scratched and that amazon won't replace the damaged chairs. THE COMPANY REACHED OUT TO ME PERSONALLY AFTER READING HOW I WAS TREATED BY THE BIG NAME. THEY MADE SURE THEY REPLACED THE 2 DAMAGED CHAIRS. I AM GRATEFUL THAT THEY CARED AND MADE THIS RIGHT. I LOVE OUR PATIO FURNITURE AND I KNOW THIS SET WILL LAST FOR MANY YEARS! THANK YOU FOR THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Now if Amazon can get back to making sure the customer is satisfied. This company CARES!!

Great set. Very easy to assemble and it’s very comfortable. Highly recommend

This is a great furniture set, as everything, nothing is cheap anymore, however for what you get, feels like good value. All the pieces came in 4 boxes in total, everything was wrapped and packaged nicely. Unlike some of the reviews I read, my set has zero scratches and no paint peeling. I would highly recommend this set. Looks great, sturdy, thick cushions, waterproof (easy to clean) and larger than expected (which is good).
