For the price it's acceptable. Display is relatively small and difficult to read. I couldn't figure out how to get an audio response. It does connect with your phone and it does function reasonably accurately at least. It does what it says it will do but does not feel like a serious tool. Maybe good for hobby.

I used this item very lightly in my home lab. It stopped working after 11 months. I checked the solder joints -- no obvious cold solder joints seen. Reflowed the solder over one suspicious cold solder joint at one of the battery terminals. Would not power up. I did like its compact size and weight....super form factor. If only it had lasted....and I'm beyond the short return window.

Very well thought out meter and falls to hand well. The Bluetooth phone program lets you get beyond your test leads. Some help for getting started: The orange cap retracts, and the battery installation will take patience. Very worth the money.

tones out fast to save energy. either have to get younger or read the manual, as I'm sure this setting is adjustable. can be used standalone.

I would be happy with this if it was a $15 meter, but since it costs more than twice that I'm a pretty disappointed.If you're just checking voltages it works fine, but the resistance tester is glitchy and I can't figure out how to get a tone on the continuity tester.Overall, I don't think it's a very good meter.

I really like how I don’t have to stick my meter to a panel door or stand it up. I just use the pen and prong to meter everything. Very helpful and the app is cool to use in conjunction but I don’t really use that. As a fire alarm tech I’m very satisfied with this pen meter. All the other technicians love it too 💪

I had to return this item. The screw head for the battery cover was stripped. It was impossible to remove the screw and install the batteries.
