Maybelline Color Tattoo Longwear Multi-Use Eye Shadow Stix, Eye Makeup, I am Shining (Light Pearl Shimmer)

Using it as a color corrector under my eyes and it is perfect for that purpose. The color is a bit lighter than my skin tone so it works to "pull foreword" sunken dark lines and shadows. I use a light eye cream and three dots of light concealer. Then I used the crayon. It is on the creamy side. It isn't so creamy that it just glides on and thus would glide right off. Hard to describe texture as that could be dependent on whether the skin is dry or oily. I would say I'm now on the drier side.

I bought this when the Julep brand color I usually buy was unavailable. This is a much better buy - half the price of Julep. It goes on smooth & dries to a smooth finish. It lasts all day with no fading. Personally, I don't see the need for a sharpener because I don't use this as an eyeliner; I use it as a shadow. IMO, it would be nice if it had a blending sponge on that other end rather than a sharpener.After using this shadow for 2 months, I had to update my review and downgrade my rating. You get what you pay for, I guess. While I liked the price point and ease of application, it dries like cement and is equally as difficult to remove. I had to do too much rubbing to take it off, which is not good for the delicate eye area. I ended up throwing away the 2 sticks I purchased. Due to the difficulty in removal, I cannot recommend this product.

Cheap, easy and does the trick - perfect for highlighting nose and inner eye corners - this doesn’t budge and stays put all day!

I am comparing this to the color tattoo that comes in the round container. I thought this was the same thing. It is not! I have had trouble finding the barely branded color tattoo cream eye shadow that I have used and adored for years. This seemed like a good alternative. It is thick and hard like clay. It does not go on well and does not blend well. I even tried applying some to my hand first to see it it would warm it up and then try to apply it. Not helpful. It was always kind of crumbly. Not a fan. Do not recommend. (Please don’t discontinue the barely branded color tattoo in the jar! It’s the best!!)
